How do I book an appointment?
The best way is to fill out our online form or DM us directly. Include your idea, placement, and size. We'll match you with the right artist for your style.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens. Give us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule and keep your deposit. Cancellations or late changes result in a forfeited deposit.
How long is the healing time?
Surface healing takes 2-3 weeks, but deep healing can take up to 2 months. Follow our aftercare guide strictly to ensure the best results and longevity.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes, we offer one free touch-up within the first 6 months if needed. Hands, feet, and neck are exclusion areas due to high wear—ask your artist for details.
What is your deposit policy?
Deposits are required to secure your spot. They are non-refundable but are always applied to the final price of the session. No deposit, no appointment.
How bad is the pain level?
Everyone is different. It bites, but it’s manageable. Stay hydrated, eat a good meal before your session, and trust your artist. You'll survive, we promise.
What are your shop policies?
Strictly 18+ with valid ID. No kids, no pets, and absolutely no alcohol or drugs. We maintain elite hygiene standards for your safety and ours.
Can I bring a friend?
You can bring one support person, but they must remain in the lobby during the actual procedure to keep the work area sterile and focused.
Tattoo Aftercare
- Leave the bandage on for the time instructed by your artist.
- Wash gently with fragrance-free, antibacterial soap and lukewarm water.
- Pat dry with a clean paper towel; do not rub.
- Apply a very thin layer of recommended ointment 2-3 times daily.
- Do not pick or scratch scabs; avoid direct sunlight and swimming.

- Clean the area twice a day with a sterile saline solution.
- Do not rotate jewelry unless cleaning with clean hands.
- Avoid submerging in pools, hot tubs, or lakes while healing.
